Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds for classes and digital study notes bought through caieislamiyat.com.

1. Cancelling a class before it starts

If you want to cancel before classes begin, contact us as early as possible. We will check the booking and tell you whether a refund or class credit can be given.

2. After classes have started

Refunds are not automatic after a class or course has started. If there is a genuine problem, contact us and we will review it fairly.

3. If we cancel a paid class

If we cancel a paid class and cannot give you a reasonable replacement or new date, we will offer a refund or class credit for the affected class.

4. Digital notes

Once a PDF or download link has been sent, we normally cannot refund it because digital files can be copied. If we send the wrong file, the file does not work, or the law gives you a right to a refund, contact us and we will help.

5. Duplicate or wrong payment

If you accidentally pay twice or pay the wrong amount, send us proof of payment. We will check it and return any confirmed extra payment, minus any unavoidable payment-service charge if one applies.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email info@caieislamiyat.com or WhatsApp Chat on WhatsApp. Please tell us your name, payment date, what you paid for, the amount, and why you are asking for a refund.

7. Your legal rights

These rules do not remove any rights you have under the law. If the law gives you stronger rights, those rights will apply.
